Thank you so much for taking the time to look! I need HELP!!! Below you will find a picture of my ring. I can’t find ANYTHING to pick as my wedding band!!! I would really like to find:
- Something glamorous, flashy, a bit blingy, and not like EVERYONE elses!!!
- 2 bands… one to go on either side of the engagement ring
- Princess cut stones
I am so frustrated! We have been to 3 jewelry stores already! I am not usually a picky girl! I just can’t stop thinking about the fact that this ring will be on my finger forever!!!!! I have to LOOOVVVEEE it!!!
All suggestions are SO appreciated!
Thank you for your time!

If you have the cash for it, I’d go with something like this antique-looking band, this channel set one, or this blinged-out one. All those options, however, are from the ridiculously talented and equally expensive Leon Mege. But, this asscher band from Facets is a similar style to one of those other ones and is going to be much more reasonably-priced. If you’re set on princess stones, try these. I actually think this baguette one would be fabulous as well. Actually you could probably have one designed to have both princess and baguettes like this (middle, third row).
But are all those unique enough for you? I know what you mean about not wanting it to be like everyone else’s. I’m all about that. I do think that some of those options are pretty uncommon though. Hope you find something you love!!

Honestly I have a very similar setting to you with a princess diamond, minus the stones in the prongs and I think round stones compliment it more. I tried on princess cut channel bands thinking it would blend better but it actually took away from the ER. I have a channel set half eternity band that curves. Have your tried anything besides princess cuts on?

littlemissmango – Thank you SO much!!!!!!! You are so sweet to spend so much time picking so many options out for me! I LOVE each of the Leon Mege rings! I am looking for something a little more unique but I printed out each of the rings and will take them to my jewelry store appointment on Monday!! : ) Seriously – thank you so so much! : )
missgreen – Thank you also for taking the time to post! I do like round stones but they are not what I imagine for my ring. I really like “clean lines” and I know this sounds crazy but the spaces between each round stone bothers me. : ) I am also a hair stylist and know that a round setting would be more apt to gather conditioner as I shampoo in comparison to a flat surface with no possible “holes”. Thank you very much for taking the time to post! 🙂

Go to a few more, honestly! i hit up about, oh, 10 stores before i found my wedding bands, lol. You can describe what you want and the sales associate will dig through a book and try to get ideas for you.
also, think outside the box a little. you may *think* princess is the way to go but you might be surprised by putting an ascher band or something else next to your ring. My engagement ring is princess and baguettes and my wedding bands (2) are round. Super random, but it works, ya know?
a thinner one like this could be cool: http://www.jared.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product1|10451|10001|-1|531553206|19061|19061.20805.20836

Oh keep us updated with what you decide on. I have an engagement ring very similar and have been struggling with making the decision as to which way to go. All the inspiration is great!

Have you thought of something like sapphires in your wedding band?
I keep seeing this add for Brilliant Earth pop up every time I’m on here and I just want to kick myself because I’m in love with the alternating sapphire and diamond band but we’ve already bought our wedding bands 🙁

I would suggest you have your rings made! My husband designed both my engagement ring and wedding band. And I designed his wedding band. It was such an amazing process and we had a great time working with the jewelry professionals! Here is a picture of our rings! Just a note: I didn’t want to wear both my engagement ring and wedding band on the same finger so we made my wedding band flat and ornate. Good luck!
