We’re having about 130 people at our wedding at I’m trying to figure out how much candy I need to have without enough left over to last me a year. Lol were also having a dessert bar (small cake, Italian pasties, and mini bunt cakes) but the candy bar will be open the whole time while the dessert bar will not open until we have cut the cake.

Have small boxes or containers – I’m guessing that is the best way to control portions. I’ve been to weddings where either the containers were too large, and/or it was clean-out before half the guests had the chance to see it. As long as you’re willing to face the possibility of leftovers, and have items that won’t go stale or hard, I’d suggest you estimate high, on the amount you should serve.
