@lolot:  I am having the WORST time!! I’m 5′ 4″ and 120, I’d love to get down to 110/105. But I LOVE to eat! If I don’t get Hibachi food once a week-it’s a bad week. LOL! Plus my work is really slow now and when my work is slow I get very unmotivated to do much else. We did Insanity a little too but it just sucks!! I’ve never wanted to punch someone in the face as much as I do Shawn T. during those 40 Minute Sweat Box sessions of his. And some of those people on that video look like robots, while I’m over here dying on the floor. But thankfully…my dog is there for motivation! LOL!

My dress BARELY fits. It wouldn’t be the end of the world if I didn’t lose the weight. But I definitely can’t gain any!…Uh Oh….HELP!!!

Here is a current picture for reference….like you LOLOT, I have no chest and carry it all in my butt and legs….I’m think of starting the 30 day squat challenge on our T-Minus 1 Month date!

Damn, ladies. I’m 5’1″ and look best at 115/120. I looked effing terrible at 105 and 110.

I just want to tone up and get rid of this belly that has appeared. My dress is a little tight, but I’m trying to attribute that to the big lunch I had on Saturday. That was also the first time I’ve tried it on in a YEAR, so there is that. I do have the belly that needs to go and I need to tone up my butt quite a bit. I’ve been trying to do a butt/thigh challenge this week, but it is SO effing hot here and we can’t afford to turn on the AC (third floor, east facing apartment, which is awesome in the winter, but not so much come summer time).

@cruziiq:  LOL My cat does the same thing, but he likes to bite me for motivation.

ETA: I’m also cutting out MORE crap. I usually eat pretty well, but no more lattes or sweets.

@lolot:  I have the same frame as you. I’m 5’5 and 119 lbs down 3 lbs from a month ago with a small frame and no boobs. My goal is to get to 112. That’s the weight I look best at. I carry a lot of weight in my face (double chin!) so 112 is where my jawline and face just looks skinnier and my cheekbones are more pronounced.

I LOVE food so it’s been a struggle to find something I can do to lose the weight. I tried doing a juice cleanse and got down to 116 but once I stopped went right back up again. I ususally go out to eat during lunch but for the past month I’ve stopped and started bringing a sandwich and fruit to work. I usually only eat half the sandwich since it doesn’t taste all that great to begin with…too healthy! My body craves unhealthy foods! I also brought a huge water bottle to work and I’m making myself drink two of those a day while at work.

For dinners, we stopped eating out as well and just cook something simple and healthy at home. This is a HUGE change from our usual of going out to eat every night (Mexican, Chinese, burgers, pizza, steak).

Exercise: I’m so lazy after getting home from the office and am so unmotivated to work out so we go for a leisurely bike ride every night and I have my 22 lb dog in a basket on a bike so I’m sure that helps a little haha.

Just these changes alone got me to lose 3 lbs and keep it off and my tailor actually told me I lost weight because he has to take in my dress. 7 more lbs to go. Time to start doing real workouts.

@lolot: Thank you for saying so! I’m blessed to have had a fairly strong metabolism most of my life, but trust me-it’s catching up!

@vorpalette: I understand, but my cat is more of a ‘love biter’ than a ‘motivation biter’ LOL! Any time he’s cuddle up to me he wants to headbutt and bite my chin. What’s funnier is how we still love them despite their odd ways of ‘being there’ for us! Haha!

@bruinchick4: I COMPLETELY understand about the craving unhealthy food! When I diet I lose weight just because I eat less because that stuff is NASTY! I’m constantly on the search for a ‘healthier’ food that I can still tolerate. Yogurt: ECH! Oatmeal: BLEAH! Grilled Chicken/Salmon: BOO!!! And man if I even think about a favorite restaurant (Hibachi) my mind is glued to it, and there’s no getting out of it until I have it. If not I’ll be grouchy for the rest of the night. Is this crazy or what!? I’m always saying don’t even say the word “Hibachi” unless you plan on going there because you’ll never hear the end of it! LOL! Poor thing, I can’t believe he has chosen to put up with me and my craziness for the rest of his life! 🙂

I’m 5’4″ and 145 lbs

I’m pretty active so my average weight is around 142-146 lbs based on 5 days of cardio and weight training. I have 24.7% body fat.

I work out for about 60-90 minutes a day and I rotate between biking and running. I do about 30 minutes of weight training with free weights and 15 minutes of core work.

I consume on average, 1,250 calories a day. I don’t eat red meat or pork.

Macro breakdown:

Carb Goal: 249 g

Daily Carb Consumption: 160 g

Fat Goal: 60 g

Daily Fat Consumption: 40 g

Protein Goal: 63 g

Protein Consumption: 80 g

I usually go over with protein because I eat a lot of fish. I drink a lot of water too.

So by looking at my weight ONLY, it probably doesn’t look healthy, but they are healthy for me since I’m pretty active.

Oh! And my only goal is to tone my arms. I’ve been working on that. Fitness is like 70% nutritional diet so watch what you eat… wait… don’t watch it. Just don’t eat bad stuff lol

@vorpalette:  yep! i’ve had to cut out the processed sweets. i eat fruit, one ghirardelli dark chocolate (60% cacao) square, or 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt. that’s it. no more candy (i LOOOOOVE candy) or oreos. i had to give those up months ago.

@cruziiq:  don’t be!! are you on myfitnesspal? i think that’s the most basic way to really track your dietary input/output.

i think you’re doing great. just stay consistent. burn fat, build muscle, eat right (cut out the hibachi!!). hibachi carries a lot of sodium. your body likes to hold water when you take in a lot of sodium so that’s part of the water weight issue (if you feel like you have one). also, those places tend to overdo it on serving size.

@TaurianDoll:  That’s what I looooooove about them! Hahaha! J/k. I usually just get sushi, but there is tempura shrimp in the roll that I like and that’s where it gets me! I had an app kind of like my fitness pal and going under 1,200 calories a day is nbd for me, but I plateau because of the TYPE of food I’m eating. I haaaaaate health foods! Yuck! But thanks for the encouragement! 🙂 We’re almost there!

I’m trying to drink more water (especially as we have a UK heatwave right now) and eat more sensibly (and eating out less). I’m trying to exercise more but that is really hard to fit in at this hectic time of year!
