I saw that last week, it was exciting to finally see that number out of triple digits, but then i went on the website yesterday and saw 94 - kind of freaked me out a little. Time is REALLY going to tick down now!

I sent my invitations out yesterday for an August 1st RSVP deadline. I know these next 88 days are going to fly by. I can't wait for August 29th to arrive!

Wow...I have not sent mine out and probably won't for a couple weeks! I'm kind of freaking out about it. :) Are there any other *big* things you guys have yet to do?

I feel so behind- I am doing everything myself basically.

What I do have:

Venue booked and paid

Plates/Cups/Napkins

Cake ordered

DIY Pomanders [6] & shephard hooks for outside ceremony

DIY Aisle Runner

Tuxs picked out and 3/5 fitted

Bridesmaids dresses picked out and 2/4 have bought theirs

My dress

Very small amount of food

DJ reserved, have not met to go over anything yet [fiances family friend]

The beginnings of DIY centerpeices

Candy buffet containers and some candy

What I need to do:

Send out invitations

Meet with venue to get an idea of set up

Meet with DJ

Finish centerpeices

Shoes

Hair/makeup trial

bowls/cake napkins/utensils

Find music for ceremony

Finish Candy buffet design

.... and a million other things I am sure I'm forgetting!!!!

I won't send my invitations until the end of June. I still need t finish them - yikes! My RSVP by date will be July 28th - this way I have plenty of time to follow up with people. Most people will have to travel, so by the end of July, they should know if they're coming or not.

I also need to finish other DIY projects, start my dress fittings, finish the music list for band, hair/makeup trial, pick up the marriage license (we already applied), have our e-pics taken for the signature frame, have boudior pics taken.

I think that's it.

Yay!!! I am so excited, I can't wait. I am getting married on August 29, 09 too. I plan to send my invitations out either the last week of June or the first week of July. I didn't do RSVP cards, I set up a wedding website and am just having people go online to RSVP, I didn't put a date though so hopefully they will do it soon. I have most of everything done but I still haven't found any jewelry. Does anyone know of an online place to buy some jewelry, that isn't too gaudy and isn't too expensive??
