I REALLY want to do a trolley for my October 2014 wedding in Spring Lake. However, before I move forward I want to make sure it’s not going to cost me a lot of extra money. The trolley’s I’ve looked at range in price from $900 – $1350 for 3 – 4 hours of service. What would a large limo or party bus cost for the same time frame? We need something that will fit at least 18 people, and the distance will only be about 3 miles round trip.
This is so much cuter
am I right?

@JrzyGurl: I’m sorry I am unsure of what prices will be but I agree the trolley is much nicer than the limo bus!

@leannteresa1: Haha thank you! That’s my thinking!

I feel you! The trolley company I looked at quoted me $1600+! And I agree they ARE so much cuter.
I am getting a mini bus for bridal party transportation (pictures, hotel, venue, etc.) for 3 hours AND a 41 passenger bus for our guests (transportation to/from the venue 2 hours before + 2 hours after) for just over $1000 (I think $1006 actually, lol).
Its SO much cheaper!! The way I see it… No one is going to remember (or care about) the transportation on your day!
Let me know if you want the name of the place I booked with – they travel all over NJ.

@weatherbug: I would love to know what company you are using!

We are getting a hummer limo which holds up to 22-24 people I believe. It’s costing us about $950 plus tax and tip to use it for about 5 hours.

@DB425: We are using “Allaire Global Transportation” http://www.allairetransportation.com/index.html
We have a 21-23 passenger mini-bus (NOT a limo/party bus) for $367 for three hours and then a 41 person motorcoach for 4 hours for $630.
Hope that helps!
