Has anyone seen this blog post before? I was meeting with my manager and talking about my FI and my engagement photos and she showed me this site! Shock and horror!

I hope there aren't any photos of WB posters and/or Bees - 
Our photographer sent us some funny duds along with our good engagement pictures. I won't share them, but in one the fish eye camera angle was such that I had a shrunken head. It was fantastic. When the photographer shoots several hundred pictures, some are bound to be terrible!
LOL I love it! there are so many serious things with engagement can seem so heavy, its nice to have a little laugh during such a thoughtful time :)

OMG I love this.
I'll be honest (and you may hate me for it). I saw some Bee E-pics a few months ago and there were some that would have been perfect for this site. She wasn't a frequent poster, and I cannot remember the name (not that I'd share it anyways). But it was unfortunate because I know how much time/effort/money goes into E-pics and if you have a crappy photographer, you're screwed!
I'm sitting here watching "Message in a Bottle" and checking the Bee. Found this link and clicked. LMAO and it's at the worst possible time in the movie. Really, really wrong. Of course, this is after three glasses of wine!

I'm kind of afraid to post e-pics or wedding photos just for this reason...some people can be a bit harsh. I wonder if these people gave permission for their pics to be used. I know it's funny but I'd feel uncomfortable if I found a pic of myself :/
They're not all terrible photographers. :( My photographer shot the taxi picture.
No Joke....some of my photos look like this... and some look worse :(
Which is why im trying to switch photographers... if i can afford to.
actually the taxi picture is VERY cool to me!! :) and I am not just sayin that! BTW some of those were really hilarious lol. I woulda loved them anyways and I am a dork cause my family would have thought it was so typical of me!

there is also another side i love www.wedinator.com that has ridic and funny wedding and wedding related photos. check it out if you like that sort of thing. always makes me laugh when i need a pick me up at work haha
Some of these pictures are actually really cute. I agree some are little awkward for my tastes, but it's all a matter of opinion, and one opinion isn't better than another :)
A decent guideline whenever anyone is taking photos of you: if your photographer asks you to do something that feels awkward and fake, it probably looks that way. Insist on natural-state photos! They'll look better, both now and decades down the line. The most posing that FI and I did at our e-pic session was to obey orders to do things we might have done anyway - "Okay, now look at her, now kiss, now face the sunset." No leaping in the air, no leaning back-to-back, and definitely no falling asleep in the ocean. :)
i am at work sitting on my computer, and i just starting laughing out loud! oh my goodness i love the guy that is crouching on the (drainspout?) like spider man! AHHHHH hahahahahahahahaha
me and my bahbew plan on taking ridiculous engagement photos. Probably mostly because we're very random people to begin with and I'm a photographer and really over being serious. Also we're not good at taking "good" family photos so why start now?
Wow, I feel terrible for all of these couples (assuming they are legit e-pics). Many of them are not that bad and I think some of the ones that are being made fun of the most (like the fishing one and the Twilight one) are probably exactly what the couple wanted and represent them.
I'm a bit horrified that there are people on this site making fun of other brides and grooms--isn't that exactly what this site isn't supposed to be? It's not like we're talking about pictures that are "bad" in the sense that the photogs don't have the skills to take good pictures. You guys just don't care for some of them and that's fine--don't use those poses. Please don't insult other people.
