Weddingbee boards

I'm having a hard time with invitation wording as my parents are divorced (both my mother and my stepmother kept their maiden names) and FH''s are not. All three sets of parents are hosting our fairly formal wedding.

I've come up with a mockup of the wedding invitation wording, but am not sure if it sounds quite right. I'd like some help to figure out if it works. All names changed to protect the innocent. Also, our church invitation does not have room to fit the reception invitation, making a reception card necessary. Do I need to repeat all the parent names since they are hosting, or is what I have appropriate?

You could add a "together with" in between the first and second sets of names. Everything else sounds good.
