Which one is better for helping with a short luteal phase?? I’ve searched older threads about this but there seems to be conflicting info.
And yes, I know, “talk to my OB.” Just wanted to get an idea here, first, from you knowledgeable ladies 😉

I take B Complex, but I can’t say it is better. I’ve just read that the B vitamins work better overall when you take them together, so I bought that one. I’m also not that sure whether or not it helps with LP and spotting, but I figure B vitamins have enough benefits that I’ll just keep taking it anyway.

From my understanding, a B complex is the best, as it provides a more balanced supplement and the other B vitamins aid in the absorption of the B6. I took a B100 complex (under the supervision of my naturopath) and it lengthened by LP from 8 or 9 days to 11 days.

I took B6 last cycle to help with spotting (my luteal phases are usually 13-15 days long, so no problems there) and ended up O’ing freakishly early at CD11 (2 days after AF stopped). I ended up having an 18 day luteal phase, which was such a bummer when AF came again. Needless to say, I did not take it this cycle!
