Don't get too worried. It is very common and will pass with time.

It is very common, my son had that at our two month check up. I asked the doctor about it. He said it will go away by itself.
Mine had it. It looked like a rash and was in small patches around her face. I remember the dr. said it would go away around 3 months but hers went away sooner than that. I don't think there's really anything you can do but wait it out.
My daughter had it too. It looks so bad, but will eventually clear up around 2 months.
My daughter got it around 3 weeks (that's why they say to get your newborn pics in the first couple weeks because baby acne often flares up after that.) My pedi said it was just my residual hormones working through her body. It cleared up when she was about a month and a half...practically overnight.
Nothing you can do about - my son had it around 3-4 weeks for about a week and half and then it went away on it's own. Don't try to "do" to much for it because baby has sensitive skin and lotions and washing can irritate it more.
It's horrible because you want to take all these pictures and they don't really look their best (I photoshopped our son).
Don't worry it doesn't usually last too long.
My son had extremely dry cheeks which led to baby zits.. I've found tha using aquaphor helps, it keeps his skin soft so it doesn't break out. It was also recommended by our pediatrician... He's 4.5 months now and he hasn't had a zit in several weeks :)

Anyone's baby have baby acne? My little girl has broken out like cazy (she will be 4 weeks tomorrow). Is there anything I can do for it? It looks horrible. I am fortunate that I very rarely get pimples or zits, but her dad had some bad acne growing up. I hope this isn't a tell tale sign for the future.....
