    My husband just got this from his extraordinarily nerdy boss, and passed it along to me:

    12109 equals 110^2 + 3^2
    12109 is prime
    Baby girl born 410 am
    Name not settled
    Father is doing well
    Weight etc does not interest you
    Please forward to all who care

    ::facepalm::

    My favorite part is "Father is doing well." That's nice, dear, but how is THE PERSON WHO JUST GAVE BIRTH?

    Well everyone knows that childbirth is much harder on the father.  I mean, look at all the work he has to do!  The ice chips!  The hand-holding!  The coaching!

    "Weight etc does not interest you" but apparently the fact that "12109 equals 110^2 + 3^2" does? That's awesome.

    lol this is quite comical. I guess guys may not care about weight and such, but I'm not sure they'd care about the other stuff either! He must be a hoot to live with lol

    Cute, except for the "father is doing well" part.  Men can be such dorks sometimes.  :-)

    This would qualify for that "My Husband is Annoying" blog. Seriously, that's hilariously awful.

    yikes.  that is nerdy, but if I was the new mom I think I'd like a little more thoughtful of an announcement!

    I'm sure if the baby was a boy, the dad would have given THAT measurement out to his buddies, buah ha ha

    That's funny! I'm sure it's very him. But I do care about the weight! I want to see how big of a baby got pushed out! It's always amazing to me.

    AHAHAHAHA - i bet the baby is still nameless b/c the mom and pop are arguing over the name. "no we will not name our baby calculator!"

    I think this is hilarious, I am an NICU nurse (baby nurse) and I usually don't care too much about how much people's babies weigh ... and FH always forgets about 5 seconds after he is told, so I think "weight etc does not interest you" is an appropriate statement!
