I have been feeling him move now for around 2 weeks. What a great feeling! I had no idea how much babies really move around in there. I always tell my fiance, but he can't feel it so it is hard for him to get excited. I can't wait for him to start kicking so my FI can finally notice! :)

How far along are you?  I'm only about 15 1/2 weeks but I swear I felt a fluttering when going to sleep the other night.  I'm excited to start feeling it!

Candice, it was about 16 weeks when I started feeling mine wiggling around in there, you're probably feeling it!

I started feeling Lemon (Cecilia) at about 13 weeks.  I remember in those early days she used to do all sorts of flips and moves.  Later it was all kicks and punches (though she was always gentle).

I agree... it is distinctly different than any other feeling I've felt before.  I felt her  very early on! ( BTW, I found out today, SHE'S A GIRL.)

What's really cool is when you SEE them move. :-)

I'm almost 29 weeks and the kicks are getting pretty strong now ... like "scare the cat on my lap" strong.

@tobemurphy10:  Thanks!!! January 9th...so close.  Ooooh you're December, You might have a tax break this year!
I'm hoping this feeling doesn't eventually hurt though.  I'm glad DG said her baby girl was always gentle. That made me hopeful.  :)

I was late to the game of feeling my son's movements.  I think I noticed around 19 weeks, but REALLY felt it in the 20th week and it's been undeniable ever since.   I love feeling him move around.  He also responds to when my husband talks to him... he moves right up close to the sound, right underneath my skin.  It's been happening regularly now.  :)

Isnt it the greatest!?!?!? I remember when I was about 7 months and when my baby boy would move, my whole stomach would transform. LOL! If he were to lay on one side of my belly then you could just sit there and watch my entire stomach shift. My hubby just that it was the most amazing thing!

I also remember that my work was about 30 miles away from our home. So every morning I would listen to music and sing loudly and he would just dance and kick away. Then fall right asleep when I made it to work. Its the greatest! Enjoy!!!!
