Keller Craig doesn’t sound good to me with the alliteration. You have to take the middle name out of the equation and think about how the first and last names sound together. The middle name might be significant to you but no one ever uses their middle name in everyday life.

why don’t you wait until the baby is born and see which order suits him better?

Well I know this is not the point but I can’t come at Keller as a given name, sounds far too much like Killer, especially if used as the first of two spoken names. So I;d keep it as the second surname type name , as it was probably always used that way in the family.
Henry is a great name . Look at Prince Harry, a very fine carrier of said name , even if he does go by Harry.
And Henry Craig is a great name – coold be anyone from President to a poet with that name.
