My top names are Laina Elizabeth, Audrey Elizabeth, and Bradley Vance (Vance is a family name, I know it’s a little uncommon). Actually, those will likely be my children’s names.

I think with the presidential test you just have to stick with classic, sophisticated names. Nothing too trendy or cutesy. My mom did the President/Doctor/Judge test when choosing my name. My DH and I will probably do the same when the time comes.

My favorite names that I won’t be using for at least 5 years: Cade, Owen, Charlotte, MaryLee, Austin, Reid, Crew, Jenna, Jean, Lina, Kai. Some are probably too weird for me to actually use but I like them for now.

the list i make in my head changes every so often.  DH and I will probably toss around a few ideas for both genders but won’t make a decision until the baby arrives.

@nearlymarriedlass:  I remember you’re thread about the spelling lol. I personally like Madelyn because there’s really no way someone can mispronounce it, whereas Madeleine can be read as mad-e-line. Anyways, just thought I’d chime in and +1 that name 😉

Our last name starts with a K, so a lot of these names also start with a K/C.
