Not accurate for me. I was 28 when we conceived in May and I'm having a boy, not a girl.
I checked this with everyone I knew the information about and about half were right and half were wrong!
Wow it was accurate for my mom! Conceived when she was 21 in April! and here I am lol
@Sulli301: Haha, yep - sounds statistically sound ;-). It was incorrect for me, correct for my brother. 50% chance of boy vs girl. Don't need a calendar to deduce that one ;-).
This has a 50% chance of being right.
Based on my mom it was right for me and my oldest bro, wrong for my younger bro and sis, so 50% :) I think family history might be a better indicator.
Isn't right for me (mom was 28, I was born in September, so concieved in January) and according to this sucker if we have a baby this year (I'm 30) there are only 2 months that I'd have a girl. Well, poo!
According to the calendar, we are having a girl. Which I hope is not right because we already bought some awesome little boy outfits but they were just TOO cute to pass up and we decided we would donate them if we have a girl.
I hope it's wrong because we're looking to start trying next year and my last chance for a girl would be early June, because then I turn 30 and it goes to Boy for the rest of the year! Talk about a time crunch!
It was right for my mom with me and my two siblings. And if our ultrasound was right, it's correct for me and my baby.
It has been right for everyone in my family, all my friends, and me! When I first got pregnant my FSIL looked it up and said I was going to have a boy and guess what? The first boy in the family! I've been looking at that for over a year now and it has always been right. lol
It was right for my sister-in-law, so she suggested I look at it--yep!
It's fun, but obviously still no better than 50% accuracy.
I was told i was having a girl, so its not right for me. but cant be too sure without the elective ultrasound
Our conception date was possibly August 1st, but if that was off by even a day it changes the gender for us...so it's still 50/50. LOL I guess the only way we'll really know is when our appointment rolls around this Friday.
Right for me, my brother, and my sister... haha... what a trip!
For the people who got it wrong, just wanted to point something out. At first my mom gave me the wrong months of conception because she was counting from our birthdays, but conception date is figured in correlation to your DUE date...which is usually different then birth date!
Weird! It was right for both my brother and I according to how old our mom was! When we TTC someday, we plan on using the Shettles method, but I think we might just throw in this to the mix as well! lol :)
Wrong for both my brother and I. As for my child- well conception was possibly 7/31 but if it moved into 8/1 it changes gender so I guess I'll never know ;)
