hoodie towels!!! you can buy terry cloth and make some mega cute ones!
Hoodie towels are great idea or a blanket. Snuggly blankets are always good!
ahh a hoodie towel sounds super cute. I wonder if they can be printed on though..hmm
Towels and washclothes are a good idea. blankets are nice, but she is going to get TONS of them, so probalby won't need anymore! Onesies are nice though too. Even though they grow fast! Maybe make her onesies for older, like 6 months. She is going to get tons of newborn stuff, and its nice, but doesn't last long, then you don't have anymore clothes! Bibs are great too though. As soon as they start teething she will probably use them. And she may even use them while bottle feeding (it can get messy!)
I think onesies are like the major clothing item that kids wear initially, so it might be a great idea!
You could get it in a size that is like 6 months, so they can wear it for a longer period of time (4-7 months) and get more use out of it.
If you could embroider, the hoodie towels would be amazing!!!!
Tee hee- Looks like Rosie beat me to it on the 6 month suggestion :)
hehe, good advice though on the slightly-older clothes, Rosie and DG! I don't have a clue as to the best sizing, so this is very useful!
But now that I think about it, my cousin got a bunch of newborn clothes for her baby shower last year, but he came out at nearly 10 pounds, so he didn't fit any of it! (But with twins I don't think they'll be 10 pounds each..that would be crazy.)
I say blanket! We use our receiving blankets all the time and they never really grow out of them. When I was taking care of 8 month old twins, they went down for naps with their favorite blankets.

Hey Hive, I need your help please! :)
My roomie from college is expecting twin boys in April, and I'm going to her baby shower in a couple weeks. In addition to things from her registry, I wanted to make some customized baby-wear for her kiddos. I was thinking of some sort of screen-printed or iron-on design.
Now the question is, what should I print on? onesies? bibs? blankets?
I'm afraid a onesie (although cuuuute), wouldn't last long as they grow up fast..and bibs aren't too useful til they're a bit older..so what's the most useful?
