Do you know if it’s a boy or girl?  Do you have to use them?

I would just sprinkle them all about on the tables for decorations.

Or there’s always that game [that I hate haha] where you can’t say “baby” & if you do then the person that catches you takes your pin & the person with the most gets a special gift.

I went to a shower where there was a jar of rice with those trinkety things in it and you had to guess how many were in it.

I once hosted a baby shower where I folded the white napkins like diapers and used the colored pins.

Like this, only I did a traditional diaper fold with two pins.

You could make a garland with the rattles and pacifiers.

Mrs.BBQ:  Use them for cupcake toppers.

My friend used similar things for a game. She put them in a jar and had people guess how many pieces where in it. Not very exciting but it gives you a reason to use them.

Scatter them on the table around the centerpieces? Put them in apothecary jars as decorations?
