OMFG!…Is he SERIOUS!!!…absolutely way out of line and I would have a SHIT FIT!!! Sorry about the language but ….nope you are not over reacting…I would just tell him that sorry it is not respectful that this happens and he needs to plan something else without his ex shag!! Good luck girl!

I asked FH what he thought. I said, “Do you think she’s overreacting?” He said, “No. Why would that be overreacting? That’s fucked up.”

@ks21:  you are definitely not overreacting. I’d be pissed too! Tell him that is unacceptable!

@ks21:  There was a girl like that when I first started dating FI. I put a stop to that friendship real quick.

@ks21:  Oh boy! Well, I don’t even know what to suggest. I would just tell him that you trust him completely but having his ex-mistress plan his bachelor party is out of line!

@ks21:  I am a jealous person. I am clingy and insecure and I can admit that about myself. I can see absolutely no reason why, barring having children together, an ex/past hookup/etc should be around at all. Ever. We are not friends with anyone we have had “relations” with in the past. It’s unnecessary. If FH’s “ex hookup” thought she was going to be at any party of his, let alone plan his bachelor party, that’s one party I would most certainly crash.

I don’t think that is appropriate either, but I am not sure how you can handle it. Have you talked about ground rules for your bachelorette party and his bachelor party?

If I were you I’d switch the roles around and ask him how he’s feel if a guy you had a past with was planning your bachelor party.
