What is everyone doing for their bachelorette parties (if you are having one)?

i think for mine, my MOH's (also my sisters) are planning for us all to meet up at a local chic french restaurant for martini's (they have a deal on certain nights!) and then head back to a hotel for the night to have manis/pedis...and just a big girly slumber party! i'm just out of college and a lot of my friends and bm's (along with myself) aren't into crazy bar hopping and such. so we're just having a quieter, girls night!

We are meeting at my place at 3 or 4 in the evening, having dinner at my place, then dessert at the melting pot, then a night out on the town! i have no idea other than the basics.

We went on a winery tour - it was so much fun and we had a really great time!

I am going to the beach for the weekend with my girlfriends!  We are going to a cute town right by the beach and staying over to catch some sun, shopping, and drinks : )

My parents are hosting it! At their lake place over a weekend in the summer. What could be more fun (and cheaper to my friends?) than a weekend laying on the dock, wakeboarding, waterskiing, intertubing, bike riding and heading down to the local watering hole where the music is provided by a one-man band who bears a striking resemblance to Elton John and calls himself "PJ Destiny". My parents will provide the accomodations and food, friends will have to pay to get themselves there (its a 5 hour drive from where we live) and alcohol. Its also a great way to have my sister, who will be 20 at the time, able to participate.

Saturday we are going to the beach during the day then renting some hotel rooms downtown and doing dinner and going out. Sunday we are doing a Cubs rooftop. I can't wait!

mine will be a surprise! These all sound great though! I planned one once where we did a night out in LBD's with a limo. it was so fun! We made the bride a pink veil and had truth or dare cards we all had to do. they were pretty corny but fun!

I'm heading to NYC (from Boston) for 2 days. Eating somewhere fancy, seeing Mamma Mia, hitting a spa, doing some shopping and going clubbing with 8 of my gfs! So excited!

I wasn't sure what we were going to do for awhile. I had no clue. I wanted something kind of unique, nothing I'd do just any other day (like bowling was an option. while fun, just not what I considered a fun memorable bachelorette party). I don't want anything too wild or crazy though and it has to be something my young MOH (my sister, 16) could participate in (bars are out!). I was searching for ideas online and I saw one that suggested lap dancing lessons. Now, I'm definitely not the raunchy type but I told my mom about it and we both agreed that it would be a lot of fun, and by fun, I mean funny! Since my party will consist of my mom, my aunts, and my sister, nobody is bound to take it seriously and we'll all be laughing! I can't wait! It'll be in my mom's house and with a female instructor, so no pressure or anything. Then maybe afterwards we'll head out for some bowling ;)
