Ladies! I'm getting to that point where I need to start buying outfits for my parties. What are you wearing to your showers and bachelorette parties?
I'm not having much luck so far on my hunt for dresses, so you should share with me your pictures, and ideas for what online stores I should check out.

I'm actually going to Belk's charity sale this weekend looking specifically for a shower dress!
I don't know yet about the shower, though it'll depend on the weather so am going to see nearer the time. Here's my bachelorette outfit

@nursein10:Thanks, so do I! And they are SO comfortable, they aren't hard to walk in at all. I found them when I was looking for shoes for my BMs!
Right now I'm planning on wearing the dress I wore for our Engagement photos to my bachlorette party. But with some high heels!

So I am having a surprise Vintage Alice in Wonderland Themed shower (by request of course!). This is the dress that I bought and am stashing at my mom's house until the event! I have not yet bought the bachelorette dress. Once the gals firm up the plans, I will probably go shopping. I also need a rehearsal dress... hmmm...
@Running Elley: I got it from Sears last spring, I think. The brand is "oasis". I did see a lot of VERY similar looking dresses (for very cheap) at Ross over the summer though.

I'm wearing this dress for my shower. (sorry for the huge picture). I don't know if I'm going to get any new dresses for the bachelorette party as I already have tons of going out dresses and would feel so bad buying something new (unless I find something I absolutely love).
@Theresa90405- it's from here . The dress is called the White Strapless Confetti Prom Dress. The sash comes in different colors, but I went with yellow.
@plantains: A shop called Warehouse (UK based). I fell in love with it when I was looking on line. ;)
This was my bachelorette party outfit - my girls got me a hot pink "Bride to Be" sash, and a veil with hot pink trim to match my shoes!

@.twist. and @missa2152: Thanks! The first dress I purchased from Nordstrom, the second is from Rent the Runway. I could never afford to purchase that second dress right now.
I wore this Calvin Klein dress for my "afternoon tea" Shower a couple weeks ago. Everyone thought it was sooo cute. I may be willing to sell it if anyone is interested.
@lynzlu077 it was from Cache - they have a bunch online, www.cache.com and if you sign up for the email list, they are constantly sending coupons!

Fab, I love Warehouse. I will be in London next month so I might take a gander over and see what I can find. We used to have a Warehouse in New York but I think the store closed, not enough business :(

I have NO idea what I'm wearing!! My first bachelorette party is in exactly one month in San Francisco. I'm torn between more jazz/lounge/laid back and party/club dancing, and since I don't know what "theme" I want I don't know what I should wear! I'm also trying not to buy another outfit - have tons of cute things and I should spend money on more valuable wedding items! I'm thinking I'll wear a dress or long shirt/leggings. Heels for sure, regardless. Oh yeah, and lots of makeup and boobs! Gotta loot hawt!
