I'm more of a shopping, spa (manicure, pedicure, massage, facial) type of girl so I'm all out of ideas but I know that there are some exotic dance classes you can take with a pole........ :) I looked into this briefly and found a few places simply by Googling. A few names came up but I have no personal recommendations or experiences with them.
San Francisco is one of those places with tons of character and places to go with it so you will definitely find your fair share of stores and things to do. Maybe a trip to Good Vibrations would be fun and in order! You can either go there and look at their selection of adult "things" or you can have them come to you!
If you're looking to go to a bar but you're not looking for the meat-market night club scene, check out the bar at the St. Regis Hotel in SOMA on 3rd Street and Minna Street at the corner. The bar is wonderful; check reviews on Yelp.
i just got back from my SF/Sonoma bachelorette! we went to Bourbon and Branch, the bar at the clift hotel, benefit for mini makeovers, club Harlot (mostly just for kitsch/the name factor), and dinner at the slanted door. we had a great time! one thing to keep in mind: bars close at 2 AM! so start partying early!!

We're heading to the (private) kareoke room at Playground in Japantown:
We had dinner at South (because they knew we were headed to Australia for our honeymoon) and then headed over to supperclub for drinks. Supperclub was super fun (Diva Dan is sassy!). We were going to hit up Bubble Lounge next, but we spent more time at supperclub because we were having such a good time. Loungy atmosphere....very different :P
I second Asia SF. I'll be having my bachelorette party there in August.
I third Asia SF --- mine will be at the end of July.
I also like the spa-great eats idea.
If you are really into spa's (as I am) then the Nob Hill Spa is great because there is a pool that overlooks the city. It's very good technique.
If you want super plush healthy experience then SenSpa is FANTASTIC.
