I'm looking for some suggestions on where to go in Charleston for my bachelorette!

Best Hotel/Suite for all girls to stay in?

Town hot spots?

Must sees'?

We are keeping this totally classy but FUN!!  Thanks for your help!

I am also going to do Charleston!  You should consider either staying out near the beach if that is what you want to do eachh day, or staying downtown if you want to do the beach only one day.

If you stay in town: I HIGHLY suggest the Market Pavillion Hotel.  They have an amazing rooftop bar/restaurant, and it is walking distance to everything!  It can be a bit pricey though..

The other hotels in town are all very nice, Mills House is great!  Also the Charleston Place. 

I have also stayed at the Days Inn for a quickie trip and it was very affordable...and very nice for a chain hotel. 

If you stay near the beach: Look for places in or near Isle of Palms.  There are some great beach bars out that way too!

This isn't exactly what you're looking for, but I'm so excited about mine, I'd thought I'd share in case you liked it, too. 

Previously I thought I would do my party downtown, too. But then I decided to rent a condo on Isle of Palms on the beach. It has a pool, walking distance to the Windjammer and other IOP bars/restaurants. And it's cheaper than downtown hotels! So we're having a laid back fun weekend (not just the night!) on the beach! I'm really excited about it. 

If you stick with the downtown idea, I've heard of a few condos in the area that would be a good option. Before changing my mind, I'd book a suite at Mariott Waterfront (I think that's right). It's a little farther away, but the deal was best and we got a two room suite for a lot cheaper. It also offers a shuttle to the Battery area. So if you're willing to have a bigger place for a better price but get a taxi (or hell a limo) downtown, it would be a good option. 

I'm still partial to the beach thing though. Check out VRBO.com for rentals.
