I'm not familiar with Worcester but why not make the quick drive into Boston. There are a ton more options!

Out of the whole state, I'm not too good with Worcester, but I have a few ideas...
There are a few 20's and 30s themed restaurants in Union Station (the train station) you could get dressed up in periodish outfits and go out for drinks and then go dancing.
Check and see what concerts are coming to the DCU center as an idea.
Rent a limo and go for a few wine tastings http://massnrc.org/farmlocator/map.aspx?Product=Wine followed by dinner. (I did this this past summer and there were about a dozen of us and we had a great time... we left around 10am, went to southern CT, hit 1st stop, had lunch, hit next 2 and were back by 5 for a house party with the boys)

Thanks for everythign so far guys! I think it's in Worcester instead of Boston because her sister lives there? Her sister is planning the shower, so we're trying to help with the bachelorette. :(
Armsby Abbey has fantastic beer and food.
Sweet is a dessert and cocktail lounge - what could be better? I've only ever tried their cupcakes, but the one I had was amazing.
i've got one for you=) this place does pole dancing classes, but they do private parties too. there are lap dance ones that could be fun! they have different packages, reasonably priced. you could also go next door in the same building, to go bare. it's a waxing studio and they have private party packages as well. they have different options, usually including a mini facial, make up and something else. but they are really nice and do a great job there! i can't say that i've been to the pole dancing place, but i totally would;)
