I’ve never actually received an invite for a bachelorette party (it’s always been word of mouth) so I’m a little stuck on how to word the invite for my friend’s party.
We will be tailgating at an MLB game and will be going out for desserts and drinks after the game. The BMs will be providing the food and limited beverages before the game (for an estimated 15 guests), however, each guest will have to pay for their own ticket into the game.
Is it in poor taste to list the ticket price on the invite? We will be purchasing them as a group once we have the final count but I’m not sure if it would be a faux pas to give the price just to give people a head’s up.
Also, should we mention something about limited beverages? We are only planning on providing about 2-3 alcoholic beverages per person and than soda/juice/water. One of the BMs mentioned giving people a heads up because some of the guests will likely want to consume more before the game (to avoid the high prices in the stadium), however, we are working on a limited budget. Otherwise, if any bees have a great recipe for some kind of mixed drink that will help us stretch out the drinks a little that would be appreciated!
