At every bachelorette party we've met up for, we've always pre-partied. Usually some pitchers of lemonade and vodka and coolers of beer, plus snacks. I know i grabbed gatorade and some fun mixers for everybody and my MOH provided chips and vodka and some other stuff.
I actually got really nice wine glasses...and you know those iron on jewels that say "maid of honor" or "bridesmaid" .....I put those on there and gave them those.
Shoot. Where do I find this stuff by Saturday?? I am giving the BMs wine glasses as part of their BM gift at the rehearsal dinner so I don't want to do wine glasses for the bachelorette party. I should try to make some beer koozies...or something they can put around their drinks? We're not doing a lot of partying. Going to dinner, then a wine bar and then a cruise on the river. Maybe I should come up with something for their wine glasses for the wine bar. Any ideas??
Do you have a Friar Tuck's near you? I know they have a lot of wine accessories. For can koozies you could go to a dollar store and buy plain ones and add some accents?
Or what if I made something like this? But more bachelorette-y? I thought of wine charms, but those aren't "big" or "flashy" enough...
These are cute, not sure if you could get them in time though.
Oh that's a good idea too! I think I've seen them at at least one of the wine shops I go to. I'll try checking out for those. I'd really like to make something though. I love the flip flop coasters, but I can't figure out how I can make them...
You can even make wine charms, they have kits at most craft stores and you just pick the beads and stuff you want to put on them. I think it would be a nice gesture... but I also love giving presents. :)
A friend of mine made koozies that we carried around for the night. They were super easy.
She used the firm foam ones & added ribbon and feathers around the base & then used stickers to spell our names. Very easy, very bachelorette party b/c they were flash & fun! And cheap too!
I'm giving my BM their gifts at the rehearsal dinner, but this Sat is also my bachelorette and I wanted to do something for all of the girls in attendance. I though it would be funny to make each girl a "krunk cup"! I can so see all of us walking down the Vegas strip with one!

The girls are meeting at my house before we go out...should I have some sort of "something" to give everyone? Or is that all up to my MOH? Maybe just offer a glass of champagne as they arrive and they can sip while we wait to leave? I don't have enough champagne glasses though LOL
