@AnonymousCupcake:  I had back pain from 5DPO to 13DPO last cycle as well as nausea and sore breasts.. I was convinced I was pregnant and I wasn’t.. I know it’s hard not to analyze symptoms but unfortunately they don’t usually mean anything. I  don’t get a sore back until only one day before AF so it was weird for me too.. I would wait to be closer to AF to test

@AnonymousCupcake:  If you’ve had back pain for a whole week, that means you’ve had it since O, so that wouldn’t be a sign of pregnancy – probably exercise related. And the other symptoms that you describe have been since 5DPO, which is really early for implantation to have happened, so highly unlikely that they are pregnancy related. That being said, even if they are symptoms of pregnancy, that doesn’t mean that you won’t be pregnant this cycle! If you haven’t been ‘trying,’ I’d wait until AF is due to test.. BFNs suck and tests get spendy! 🙂

I had/ still have back pain and I got a BFP last week.  I had lots of really weird symptoms  (for me) really really early. I’m not entirely sure how many DPO it started but the constant peeing started as soon as I started TTC- UTI came back neg, so it was just weird. My guess is back pain started around 2DPO.

Last fall though I had back pain, cramps, etc.  Turns out it was a UTI, but none of the other classic symptoms like burn when going.

FX for you! 🙂
