So I went to my second fitting, the next one should be the final.  And I was not happy with my back fat.  My sister and MOH tried to reassure me that it was fine, not too twist too much.  I felt like I was pouring out!  The back of the dress goes slightly below where a bra strap would be btw, so when I picked it out, I didn't think it would be a problem.  It can't be loosened since it fits perfect in the front.  My MOH told me to "tuck in" as much side-boob as possible for the day of.  With about 31 days to go, I'm going to try my best to minimize with excercise, but I'm just not thrilled at all anymore.  That's all I kept looking at in the mirror.  Any suggestions?  I don't even know if there's anything I can do...

I'm guessing it's far worse in your head than it is in real life :)  I know it's easier said than done, but try to focus on all of the other things that make you feel beautiful in your dress. For tucking in the "side-boob," get some fashion tape and practice using it to help keep everything in place. And if you have time, try adding some good old fashioned push ups to your workout routine. Good luck! I'm sure you'll look gorgeous!

I was feeling the same way when I tried on my dress. Are there any exercises for that?

I use 8-10 pounds; if you're a beginner you might want to start with 5 pounds. They help a lot with back fat.

I bet you can trim it down a bit.  There are a bunch of back exercises.  Just google 'em.  Not that this is supposed to help, but I'm almost a full size bigger than my dress, yikes... stupid winter.

The best advice I can give for toning up quickly is to do Super Sets. This is where you’re doing back to back exercises for the same muscle with no rest between sets. So you would do excise 1, go straight to exercise 2 and then take a minute rest and repeat. A couple examples of back exercises that will work great are:

    3 Sets of 8 each

    Seated Wide Grip Lat Pulldown

    Assisted Pull Up

    3 Sets of 10 each

Smith Machine Wide Grip Bent Over Row

    DB Deadlift (knees slightly bent)

    2 Sets of 12 each

    Seated Close Grip Cable Row

    Wide Grip Cable Row
