My first fitting was a few weeks ago and while I love my dress, I don’t love the way I look in it. I am getting married in about 43 days..may be even less and I think I am going to go dress shopping tomorrow for something new.
Have any of you felt this way… A month before your wedding?!

30 Day Shred. You may not lose weight, but you will lose inches.

You can be thin and in decent shape but still have back fat. If that is your main concern, either start weight training that focuses on the upper back or do yoga. Lots of it:) You still have enough time to make a difference.

Go swimming! It’s the best excercise to tone up your upper back/shoulders.

Yes! It is totally do-able. My Fiance and I went on a diet as soon as we got engaged and he has lost 50lbs in about 4 months. Step 1: Remove all things processed, fatty, and not whole grain from your house. Step 2: go to the store and buy healthy food that you can easily make and that will satify you. We love unsalted almonds for snacks, 0 fat Chobani yogurts, whole grain pasta and whichever pasta sauce has the least amount of fat/sat fat in the store. We use olive oil instead of butter when cooking and bulk up on veggies at meals. By just changing what we eat instead of how much, we have had a lot of success. I think we each lost 10lbs in the first few weeks just by how much fiber we were eating! sorry a bit Too Much Information 🙂 Best of luck and you can do it!

I feel the exact same way! I’m just a little worried about certain positions and how it will make my back fat spill over. 🙁
I was doing P90X last year and noticed a HUGE difference in my back fat area and my chest. I’m going to start doing pull ups and push ups and rows with the strap today and try to just hit those areas hard before the wedding. Hopefully it won’t be too late to make a difference.
