@BlueChampagne: Thank you - I was so happy with how the flowers turned out! My bouquet was SO heavy and during the ceremony I kept thinking, "Please ask me to hand it over to my MOH now!" But then for the rest of the day I didn't want to let it go (even though it was causing my thumbs to cramp!) because I loved it so much!

@beatrice: I got the veil from my bridal shop and it was $125-ish I think. You can find better deals on Etsy though - good luck!

Hi Hive!
It's been about 2.5 weeks since the wedding and I still can't stop thinking about it!
We just got back from our European honeymoon last night. We had a fabulous time in Portugal and Paris (save for the part where our first rental car caught on fire in Portugal....for reals) and loved having two full weeks to spend together following our nuptials.
As for the wedding: best day of our lives. It went by SO fast, but I tried to remember to stay present and take it all in. Everything went off without a hitch.
We received compliment after compliment from guests who told us it was the most moving ceremony and best reception they had ever attended - this continues to make us so happy!
