Alright bee’s, I’m taking control of my life again! About a year ago, my fiance and I had both lost a decent amount of weight for a vacation to Jamaica. I moved away which put us in the Long Distance Relationship phase, and I packed on the pounds. Our wedding is a year away, September 12, 2014 and we both bare ecstatic but I’m nervous as hell because I’m ording my dress on October 12. Thats not even 5 weeks away!!!! Not only will I be ordering my dress, we have a wedding to attend that I would like to look somewhat decent!
My family and I have been Gluten Free for a very long time. I was gluten free when I lost alot of weight a year and a half ago, before our Jamaica trip. I’m getting back on track to feeling better and having a healthier lifestyle. I’ve started running again, though it’s been difficult, I know I can make the changes.
Nervous as hell that I won’t look great when I order my wedding dress, so Bee’s I need some quick tips for a 5 week work out plan to drop some pounds!
