Plank-rows

 

thant’s all I can think of for now… I find that bck muscles develop quickly, so enjoy 🙂

I’m currently doing the Body Bar Strength and Conditioning DVD.  It uses a weighted bar about 4′ long instead of dumbbells but you don’t need the bar (I frequently drop mine and pick up lighter dumbbells when my arms and back are burning).  I highly recommend it and bought it specifically for my back and upper arms.
