    you should ask at the place where you bought your dress and see what they say about sowing in bra cups. i would say either of the first 2 are good since they latch in the front giving you the extra push.

    yea i am too but my dress is a corset so thats why im adding bra cups as well as adding these ahesive chicken filets looking things to help boost my boobies haha

    I used one very similar to #1, but I purchased it on Amazon.com. It worked extremely well! It’s so sticky, it’s not going anywhere.

    I’d go to a specialty bra store and have one altered to fit your dress. I’ve never tried the style of bra in your options because I know with 100% certainty it wouldn’t do a thing for me. I don’t even think they sell those in bigger than a C, so I don’t know how much support those bras are capable of.

    I have the invisible pushup from VS. It’s really pretty good. The adhesive has a lot of staying power and it does what is advertised. I’m a C cup too and it worked for me.

    I’m having cups sewn in, too.
