I get this too. you should use a body exfoliator and oil free lotion on your back. I like to use st ives apricot scrub
Using a zinc based shampoo helps, I use Head and Shoulders as my bodywash sometimes and it works wonders. If you have sensitive skin body exfoliants can do more damage than good. Use non scented lotions as well, fragrances can cause adverse reactions.
The pill can help keep it check for some.
Your hair conditional is a huge culprit After you conditioner your hair, pull it up then wash your back well.
I use a Pan Oxyl bar with a loofa. The loofa should always be allowed to air dry well between uses and replaced often.
Don't rinse the soap off right away. I usally do something else like shave my legs then do a final rinse.
Mix a few drops of tea tree oil into a full bottle of witch hazel. Wipe your back down with it after you shower. You can also pour it into a spray bottle if that's easier.
Only wear cotton shirts to bed.
You might also use Retin A prescription before your wedding. It will bleach colored shirts, so apply it at night and put on a white t-shirt.
Ugh bacne, I hear ya!
Had it at my last wedding- and thankfully didn't show in the few pictures of my back, but I was conscious of it the whole day!
Conditioner is a huge culprit- I wash my hair and then pin it up to scrub my back as mentioned above- it helps, but I still have it. Get a little makeup that matches your back and have a friend do a cover-up job for you!

i don't want this to happen on/around wedding day!
