I walked into the kitchen last night, and my fiance was feeding our dog cooked spaghetti noodles. He looked up at me all guiltily and goes, "what? her stomach was growling."
Seriously, though, he's pretty awesome. He's messy like a hurricane (as in, it takes him 10 seconds to blow through a room leaving destruction behind) but he cleans more, too, so I can't complain.
that totally sounds like something i would do. my poor fi is a saint when it comes to my shenanigans!
My DH does silly stuff sometimes too. But that's something I love about him. I have been known to give our precious pooches some table treats sometimes too :)

I'm not so sure on 'bad boy' but he can sure do some hilarious and ridiculous things. I often ask him 'do you really think normal couples do this?' Haha. Ridiculous dances (in public, if the mood strikes him), acting like an animal or some other creature, or trying to get me to practice MMA submissions with him (which looks reaaally interesting when the windows are open, I'm guessing!). Haha.
right now FI is cooking a nice dinner because i had a stressful work day and came home in a crappy mood, so i feel bad fixating on his "bad" behaviors! he definitely has some annoying habits but what can i say, i love him and putting up with the fact that the boy is incapable of putting a toilet seat down is totally worth it.
@NDBee: 'do you really think normal couples do this?'
yes!! i say this to him all the time. we're weird and i love it.
My FI is just plain grose. I put up with a lot because I'm used to it now. The ones that really get under my skin are the "logger snort" (I've never seen this before!), which is him blowing his nose either outside or in the shower by putting one finger over one nostril and snorting EEEEWWWWWW! I've seen his brother and bestman do this too..just nasty! Another thing is he isn't as careful about raw chicken and meat as I am. He gets it all over the place. He also leaves broken open egg shells in the spot he took it out of the carton that goes in the fridge..he says his parents do this, but I've never actually asked his mom. Oh and he throws CDs into the glove box with no case...none of them work right now.... :|
Gotta love em!
My FI loves to grab on to my pants when I stand up so that they pull partially down (usually only when I am in shorts, PJ's yoga pants etc). It drives me up the wall, but I have to remember that
1) never does it in public or other people around
2) he says he likes to see me "ass"ets so at least he likes them.
But it reminds me of when I was younger and my brother would pick on me.
The other item is no matter how many time I tell him that sweeping the floor is part of cleaning the kitchen he seems to only ever do it when I remind him. Same thing with wiping down the stove top.

I'm just sitting here reading the message board while my FI throws pieces of sandwich meat around our living room for the dog to fetch/find. For some reason I dismiss this as totally normal behavior. Then I wonder, How many other girls put up with similar weird/bad boyfriend behavior?
I mean, throwing steak on my hardwood floor, that's kinda weird isn't it? Not every girl would put up with this, right? haha
