I have been lusting after Badgley Mischka’s shoes for a awhile now especially his Randall shoe and his Decadence shoe. But they are both about $200. I want to know if they are worth the price tag. I am looking for a shoes that is high (4″+) but still comfortable (or at least moderately comfortable)…. and the quality of a shoes is often a big factor in how comfortable they are.
Do any of you have Badgley Mischka shoes? Do they hold up well after hours of wearing?
Does any one have the Randall or Decadance shoes?
Any suggestions about 4″+ heels that are not super uncomfortable?

I have Lucie. While breaking them in, I wore them for 2 hours and while I could tell I was wearing them, it wouldn’t total discomfort. I think they just need to be broken in further. The comfort level is OK but I was swayed by the style — I just couldn’t get that look in a cheaper shoe.

From what I understand, most brides have loved Randall and have been able to make it through the whole wedding day in the shoes just fine. But let’s be slightly real – 4+ inch heels are what they are! 🙂 I say, look into all kinds of inserts and paddings and see what kind you can sneak into the shoes you choose, might help with comfort level.
In regards to cost, be sure to shop around for the best price if you’re concerned about spending too much. Badgleys are frequently on sale, and sometimes you can find promotional codes for department stores before you purchase them at full price. If you don’t feel like shopping around for a particular shoe, come back to WB and someone will help you out! 🙂
Good luck with the shoe search!

Four inch shoes are precisely that, four inch shoes. I purchased a pair of Benjamin Adams shoes with the same heel heigh and while they will look fabulous and cost $400 I don’t expect them to be super comfortable. I guess it is all about what you are willing to deal with in the name of fashion. 😛

i have bought my wedding shoes recently and have bought 4 inch heels which i KNOW i wont wear again, and will probably kill me wearing them, but i tried them on and they are quite comfortable, and they dont feel like 4 inch heels because there is a 1 inch platform sole aswell, so that sort of makes them feel like a 3 inch heel….comfort wise.
