My mum has organised a bagpiper for our wedding (she’s english, not Scottish but loves the pipes so I’m just letting her run with it). I’m trying to think of songs for the processional but not finding much I like. I love Amazing Grace in general and on the bagpipes but Fiance says it makes him think of funerals :-/ not really what I want in his mind as I walk down the aisle. I want something a bit stirring but havent really liked what I’ve heard on YouTube so far like highland cathedral etc. I do like Mull of Kintyre… Any suggestions? Does not have to be religious – we are getting married in a garden by a celebrant.

@Lollybags: “Scotland the Brave” is one of my favourites! But I’m not Scottish, so there might be a more wedding-appropriate song. 🙂

@Lollybags: Oh! I love bagpipes! I’ll look around and see what i can find for you!
I wanted bagpipes, but Fiance squashed that idea because he says all the songs sound the same to him.
