Lol I intend on having a potato skin bar during my rehersal dinner. The obvious: green onions, sour cream, cheese, bacon, broccoli. Not so obvious: different herbs/spices such as chipotle powder, ranch dressing, other steamed veggies like cauliflower, fancier cheeses, pulled pork or steak, just go crazy with it!

One of my favorite lazy meals is a baked potato with Stouffer’s chipped beef. Another is chili over the potato.

I love ranch on mine, so good!  You could also have salsa, black olives, jalepenos, for a southwest potato. Or have deli ham and turkey cubed up.  Now I’m hungry! LOL

My favorites include: butter, sour cream and chives, broccoli and cheese, salsa, or chili, salt/pepper, greek yogurt, or goat cheese and spinach (cooked)

I used to love baked potatoes with ranch dressing and croutons… something about the crunch, I guess.

Creamy cole slaw! I used to get jacket potatoes filled with cole slaw all the time when I was living in the UK and they were heaven.

P.S. I’m a potato nut. I may crash your reception and monopolize the baked potato bar until security removes me. Just FYI 😉
