Try Cakes by Suzy! She's in Penndel. I'll vouch for her chocolate cake. YUM.
Thanks, Rebecca! I just emailed her to get some more info!!!!
Try Annie B's. I know she does grooms' cakes b/c I asked her for a quote on one. She's in Bucks County.
Thanks for all your input, ladies! Suzy was the quickest to respond and her price is great (and her portfolio looks impressive), so I booked her! Can't wait to surprise Mr. Cupcake with this awesomeness! Thank you for your help.

I love my baker, Sweet Jazmine's, but they don't do groom's cakes in fun shapes. I kind of let the groom's cake idea go, but I feel like I should give it one last shot as I know it would be a fun surprise for Mr. Cupcake. I was thinking about getting a Red Sox hat cake (with a baseball, etc.) and having them bring it out when "Sweet Caroline" plays at our reception (if there are two things Mr. Cupcake loves aside from me, it's the Red Sox and Neil Diamond :-)
Can anyone recommend an area baker who does great groom's cakes in different shapes, and can maybe take on a new order 3.5 weeks before my wedding? :-)
