I've never been here, but Sweet Bakery Baltimore recently had a Groupon and it mentioned strawberry rhubarb pie. http://www.sweetbakerybaltimore.com/
That is really odd about Dangerously Delicious Pies! We have ordered from them tons of times and it has always been a positive experience. Their strawberry rhubarb is amazing :) Cafe Hon in Hampden has delicious home made pie. I wonder if they would let you purchase whole pies for a wedding? Couldn't hurt to ask!
Belair Bakery is in Harford County but they have really good pies, too
Sweet is good, and their head baker (can't remember his name) is hawt!
OMG, if you want the best pie ever drive to the Dutch Food Market off of 83 just an exit south of Hunt Valley. They are to die for and they make them fresh that day and come in many different sizes too. MMM!

Can anyone recommend a bakery with delicious pie in Baltimore? My fiance doesn't like cake so we're doing pie instead. I was hoping to use Dangerously Delicious but they haven't been responsive to my calls or email, which really makes me wary. I contacted Sugarbakers and we may meet with them, but they didn't have strawberry-rubarb, which is my fiance's favorite.
Anyone work with a bakery they really loved that makes pie? Or has anyone had amazing pie in Baltimore from somewhere other than Dangerously Delicious?
