We had a similar situation happen near my hometown and I posted about it because they didn’t tell anyone either.  There was one couple who was told the morning of the wedding they wouldn’t have a cake but luckily another bakery put together something really quickly for them.  We had actually signed a contract with them but changed our minds and backed out.  There should be legal action they can take, I’m pretty sure the place near me had quite a few people taking them to court.

That’s horrible! I’d be all over blasting that bakery on yelp and other reviews. I’d call the BBB, and I’d also send her a letter demanding a full return of the money paid or promise legal action. This is terrible to do to couples on their big day!
