@LittleBear What an awesome place to get married! I lived there one summer in college and saw many weddings all over the Island. I think I preferred the tent near the marina for a reception location in the warmer months. You can't go wrong with anything there, though!
I am in love with this WeddingBee site. I just discovered it a few days ago. I am living in the DC area as a kindergarten teacher. My fiance and I are getting married at Bald Head Island's Country Club July 10, 2010. Our ceremony will be held on the ocean terrace, dinner in the main dining room, and dancing back out on the terrace. We love it! If any of you are planning a wedding on the island I would love to compare vendors and whatnot. Here are some pics of our wedding site.
