Weddingbee boards
Have you visited them both and are comparing what they offer? How big is your guest list and will one hold more or is there a minimum for each?
I LOVE the Ben...best wedding i've ever been to!
Both will hold 200 people. Have out of town guests coming Marriott has hotel rooms on site. Ben would have to get rooms and provide transportation back to hotel after reception.
Do not know anyone who had reception at Marriott wondering people's thoughts.
@2012newbie: My friend got married at the Marriott last year, it was a super last minute wedding, and as far as I know it was very easy to plan, and went off beautifully. Can't really tell you much more other than it was a beautiful wedding, but I think the Ballroom at the Ben is a nicer venue.
We just got married at the Ballroom at the Ben on January 14th and I cannot say enough great things about the venue and staff. Our guests still rave about the food and venue, they way they decorate the room in the winter months is amazing!
