I wish I had mine with me. Its so moist and yummy!

But you can freeze them and pull them out for baking later if you dont want to bake now.

Darn!! Lol.  You can totally play around with some of the ingredients but I know there was a lot on there I didn’t have either when I first saw the recipe.  What about smoothies or freezing a banana or two and covering them in chocolate?  Or chopping them up to make banana chips?

This is seriously the best banana bread ever.  I use apple sauce instead of oil, and add more flour instead of wheat germ.  It is just a really easy recipe that you can change around.  I chop up dates and almonds and my husband LOVES it.
