I've been to a few weddings with the New York Players - they were great! I think they have four different bands, too.
Oh, and also...i've heard that Soul Session is fantastic. I've never heard them play, but a few vendors have mentioned that they are their favorite band in the area. I don't think they are a "wedding band" but they do play weddings. TS Ensemble was also recommended to us, I was not crazy about them, but I know that some people love them....so its worth a shot!
Bobby Dick and the Sundowners are AMAZING!!! We are having them at our wedding in July. They've been cover for Tina Turner, Rolling Stones and so many more. They have done weddings before and are very confortable with weddings!

Hello! I'm new to this so hopefully this will work!
I'm looking for a cover band for our wedding next June about 30 miles east of Albany (New Lebanon, NY). Anyone have any suggestions, either the one you used or a band you saw at someone else's wedding/another venue??? Any ideas would be so helpful and appreciated, I really have no clue how to go about finding a band!
