Does anybody have a recommendation for a local bluegrass band to play in central Kentucky? Or have a suggestion of how I should begin searching for one? So far, none of my google searches have been fruitful, probably because the bands themselves aren't on the web.

Uhh I went through this search for bluegrass too! I'm using hog operations they are in Louisville though they may travel. It seems weird but have you tried myspace? Seems an odd place but I actually have found a number of sources on myspace. Where in central, KY are you looking for?

There's a great band out of Owen/Franklin Counties called The Downtown County Band.
