How old is your neice? My step daughter was baptized at 4 and I got her a little bracelet that had a cross on it. My neice was baptized at 6 and I got her a bible and a bracelet. Those probably aren't that original though.
If she is a baby this would be cute. It's a baptism blanket.

Or you could do a personalized onesie. I've seen ones that say things like "blessed', "sent from heaven", or "Jesus Loves me".
What about her first bible? I know some places sell bibles for children.
