I would be scared of stepping on something! Glasses might get broken and food could get spilled. Could you get some cute flat sandals, kind of like this:

@LunaFleurLavender:  i voted before I saw the pics- yikes though they are pretty, i would fear stepping on something that could hurt. I say find some nice flip flops!

I would say wear some type of ballet flat, something that is comfortable and flexible…not a stiff sole like a regular flat

Go for it!  Just keep an eye out for glass/people stepping on your toes as PPs have mentioned.

I might take it a step further and get some henna done on your feet a few days before the wedding!  Your first picture immediately made me think of an Indian bride, which made the henna image pop into my head!

When I got married last month I was 24 weeks along and I wore pumps down the ailse and back up the ailse, then kicked them off and didn’t put on any shoes until we left.  I would live in barefeet if I could.  Honestly, I didn’t even consider stepping on anything :S I was very comfortable, though! πŸ™‚

I have found that being barefoot on hard floors is really painful after a while. Even carpeted floors. We stayed at a beach house this winter with tile floors, and after wandering around barefoot for a while, my feet were so sore! Are you used to being on your feet, barefoot for hours? I would definitely want shoes with some support. If you were outside, that would be different, because grass or sand are soft forgiving surfaces.
