@Countrychick24: Have you looked at Figure 8 Barn in Bellevue State Park? There is also a place called "Blue Ball Barn" (which looks much better then the name).
Blue Ball Barn is up by me in Wilmington, DE. It's an old dairy barn converted into event space and run by New Castle County Parks. I've been to 2 charity galas there. The building isn't really rustic except for the second floor with exposed wood rafters and Delaware art. First floor is quite modern with white walls and polished concrete floors, but it is set up with "cows".

Someone posted this on another thread ages ago, and I wish I had found it when I was looking for a barn/rustic venue! It has barns in every state.
Not sure if you are still looking for a place since this was a year ago, but have you looked at Cauffiel House? It is right across Philadelphia Pike from Bellevue park. Online it only says you can rent the house, but if you call them you can also rent the barn. I've seen pictures of weddings there and it looked really pretty! My wedding is going to be at the end of December and they said they wouldn't do it in the barn then, but maybe in November?

I am planning a rustic country wedding and i am looking for a rustic barn to have a wedding in. I have been searching and searching and the only thing i can find is something that is 2 and a half hours away. that is just to far to travel. If anyone knows any information please let me know thank you :)
