Maybe try looking at your state parks?

I’m having my wedding outdoors at a park on the Potomac River.  The picnic shelter has a wooden barn-style shelter, and it’s steps from the water.  Best thing?  It’s only $135 to have it for the day.

The Lodge at Loma Linda has heated and cooled barn and a lodge that sleeps 20 on-site.  It’s on 35 private acres with a beautiful pond and an outdoor fireplace.  There’s also an in-ground pool at the lodge. They also have a bridal parlor, grooms quarters, and workroom with refridgerators, freezers, dishwashers, washer and dryer, stove, and microwave for caterers to use if needed.  http://www.thelodgeatlomalinda.com  is the website.  It’s located 30 minutes outside of Poplar Bluff, MO.
