So, a Whiskey Sour is my favourite drink. Whenever I go out, I order one. Delicious.
The problem is that I want to make these at home, but I fail everytime! I try all sorts of recipes that I find online… They are either too sickly sweet, too sour, or have too strong of a whiskey taste.
Whenever I’m actually at a bar and can watch bartenders making my drink, all they do is add whiskey and then press the fancy little button where the predone mix comes out. No fair! 🙁
So to all of you bartending bees out there, what is the secret to the perfect Whiskey Sour?!
Oh, and please no recipes with egg white. I see them online… They scare me a little. Plus, I love the ones that I get when I go out, and I doubt those have egg white, so forget about the classic version of this drink.
