Trying to guess a number is hard because muscle weighs more than fat, but I do think you look good and could probably stop.

@lovelyMsValentine:  +1.

You can definitely see that you have lost weight. But your legs are looking quite toned from what I can see.

My own personal story – when I first started gym everyone was telling me how skinny I looked. Funny thing was I had put on 8kgs. But I know for a fact the I had lost some inches and my legs and upper arms were getting all hard and defined.

Did you take measurements? Do a body fat percentage test?

Just a rough estimate but I would say around 40 lbs? Looking great, keep it up! I also lost a lot of weight before I got married and 5 years later even dropped 10 lbs without even trying!

@Aelie:  40 pounds ish?  Whatever the number you look great!  However, that doesn’t mean you should stop excercising and eating healthy.

you look great! I wish it was this apparent when I lose weight, but it isn’t really. I lost 40 pounds once and wore the exact same clothes as before, lol.

I’d say you’ve lost about 25-30 lbs. You look great, well done! You could get away with another 10lbs or so I think, hard to tell. Do what makes you happy once your sticking in a healthy weight bracket.

My guess was going to be 35 before I saw the update! Nice work!

It’s hard to suggest to someone how much weight they should lose. I prefer a “more fit than skinny” look and a lot of girls are comfortable being heavier/softer than what I wish for myself. I’m 5’1-2, so I would want to be around 110-115lbs and people think I’m nuts when I say that because it sounds so small, but they’re all also taller than me so it’s hard to judge. I also am not REALLY aiming for a weight, but a look. If I weigh 120 but I have the look I want, then great, I’d stop right there.

Bottom line: don’t concentrate so much on the numbers, worry more about the way you look and feel.

@Aelie:  When you say you “aren’t healthy yet”, what do you mean by that? I think you look fantastic.
